• Increased nomination submission rate by 60%, as measured by the number of completed nominations received within the first submission window compared to the previous system.
• Improved approval accuracy by 40%, validated through error rate analysis, which showed a significant drop in manual corrections required by the administrator.
• Eliminated 100% of duplicate referee entries, confirmed through data integrity audits, reducing manual corrections by over 300 cases.
• Built a scalable design system using Material Design 3, reducing UI inconsistencies.
